This Billing Policy (“Policy”) is established by Chiro Board Review, LLC (“CBR,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs all purchases, subscriptions, financial transactions, and billing-related communications or activities between CBR and any end user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses or utilizes CBR’s platforms, applications, or services. By subscribing to or purchasing any CBR product or service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy in full, in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

CBR operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. Subscription fees are charged in advance and grant access to digital educational content as specified at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable sales or use taxes based on jurisdiction. By initiating a subscription, you authorize CBR and its designated third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel the subscription in accordance with this Policy. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in immediate suspension or termination of service access.

Subscriptions initiated through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the terms and billing mechanisms of those respective third parties. CBR does not have access to nor control over your billing agreements with these app stores. Users are solely responsible for managing and canceling app-based subscriptions through their account settings with the corresponding app store provider.

Payments may be made through credit or debit card, Apple ID billing, or Google Play billing, subject to availability. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate and current. In the event of a failed or declined transaction, access to services may be restricted until such payment is resolved.

All subscription purchases are final. Due to the nature of our digital offerings and the immediate provision of educational content, CBR maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued once access has been granted to the platform unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Users are encouraged to evaluate the services and their needs prior to initiating a purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBR may, in its sole discretion, review refund requests submitted to info@chiroboardreview.com and determine whether an exception is warranted.

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid further charges. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. It is the User’s sole responsibility to process such cancellations through the proper channel—whether the CBR website or the applicable third-party app store. CBR does not process cancellations on behalf of Users and is not liable for failure to cancel through the appropriate platform.

Account credentials and subscriptions are intended solely for the individual User and may not be shared, sublicensed, transferred, or sold. Unauthorized account sharing, group access, or content distribution may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without notice and without refund. CBR further reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use, resale, or dissemination of proprietary materials.

Users are encouraged to report any suspected billing discrepancies or disputes by contacting CBR directly at info@chiroboardreview.com prior to initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute. Unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account termination and denial of future access.

From time to time, CBR may offer promotional pricing, trial periods, or discount codes. These offers are time-limited, non-transferrable, and subject to additional terms. CBR reserves the right to revoke or modify promotional terms without prior notice. Once a promotional term ends, standard pricing shall apply unless otherwise stated in writing.

CBR reserves the right to modify its pricing, subscription structure, service tiers, or fee schedules at any time. In the event of such changes, Users will receive reasonable notice by email or platform alert. Continued use of the Services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing terms.

Users are responsible for all taxes, levies, and duties imposed by taxing authorities in their jurisdiction. CBR shall not be liable for any such amounts, and any obligation to withhold or remit taxes is the sole responsibility of the User.

This Policy may be revised periodically. In such cases, CBR shall update the “Effective Date” listed above and notify Users of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after notification shall constitute binding acceptance of the revised Policy.
